The Sun Rose Pet Policy
Because pets are family too, The Sun Rose is pleased to offer a refined stay experience for your companion. From morning walks along the Sunset Strip to leisurely afternoons basking in the California sun, we welcome your pet to enjoy the best of West Hollywood living alongside you. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, please review the following guidelines:
- A non-refundable deep-cleaning fee of $175 per stay applies for all pet accommodations.
- We gladly welcome pets up to 50 lbs. Pets exceeding this weight require prior approval from Hotel Management.
- One pet per room is permitted unless otherwise approved.
- Pets must be house-trained, clean, and free of parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.).
- When in public areas, pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
- For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in restaurants, bars, pool areas, the spa, fitness center, or any food service spaces (excluding service animals).
- Pets may not be left unattended in the guestroom unless safely crated and the owner is readily reachable by phone.
- Housekeeping services will be provided only when the pet is crated or when the owner is present.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets remain well-behaved and quiet. Should disturbances occur, compensation to affected guests may be charged to the registered owner, including in the case of service animals.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to a pet will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Service animals are welcomed at no additional fee in accordance with ADA regulations. Emotional Support Animals are considered pets under California ADA regulations and are therefore subject to this policy.
