High above the Sunset Strip, YUHI is an intimate omakase counter at the rooftop of The Sun Rose, where traditional Edomae technique meets the energy of West Hollywood. Each piece of nigiri is selected and sourced daily, guided by season, relationship, and instinct. The result is an experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles.
